Questions from Restaurateurs or Vendors, please visit the Contact Us page to ask us directly.

Q. “I am a vendor and have specific questions about our booth/menu/set up/time etc. Who can I call?
See the contact information for Brian Fairley on the Contact Us page.

Q. What is the typical or suggested attire?
A. It is an informal event and we encourage comfortable clothing, with a light coat in the later evening

Q. What kinds of shoes are appropriate?
A. The Arboretum is an outdoor venue with unpaved and uneven grounds. There is also limited seating and a wide area of restaurants to visit so there will be a lot of standing and walking. We strongly encourage flat, comfortable, closed toe shoes for our event.

Q. Can I bring my kids?
A. This is an adult event, ages 21 and up, due to the alcohol being served openly at the event.

Q. I mailed in my check but I have not received my tickets. What do I do?
A. Your tickets will more than likely be held at Will Call near the entrance on the night of the event.

Q. Are there any non-alcoholic beverages?
A. Yes! We offer Coffee; sparkling, still and flavored waters, and other light beverages. Quantity subject to availability as it is provided by our vendors.

Q. Are there Taxi’s available after the event if we drink too much beer or wine?
A. Yes. We alert the local cab companies to have a presence there.

Q. Will I need to pay for anything else at the event?
A. Your entry ticket entitles you to try as much Food and Beverages as is available with no additional cost. We do offer Raffle tickets for various prizes including wine and gift certificates, if interested. That is an additional cost.

Q. Where will my favorite restaurant be located?
A. Our Layout page on this website will show where last years restaurants where as well as live music and restroom locations. Often the restaurants are in the same area from year to year and there will be a updated layout available at Uncorked.

Q. Can I bring my own wine glass?
A. Sure, go for it.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No dogs are allowed.
